I pay my rates through this Bendigo Bank sub branch, to find out they "pressed the wrong key" so my rates were not put through, when I went to sort the problem out "Shelly" if she didnt lie about her title, being the old large person began laughing at me and when I informed her it is not a laughing matter she was very unprofessional and refused to help me, I find it disgusting that people dealing with money can treat a customer with such disrespect and incompetence and will NOT be doing any business here again, so much for country hospitality more like country fatality!
