I have a friend that has just rented a place that is not fit for any human being to live in the real estate dont want to recognise the issue and want to keep brushing her aside the house should be condemend also into the bargain a very rude office girl

So unprofessional, wouldnt waste your time. Give houses to you dirty and expect it to be perfect when you leave. Takes weeks to do final inspection. Definitely wouldnt go through them again.
just dont bother, more hassle than there worth, if given a choice 0 stars, off to fair trading for me.
